The Big Ben is unique because it's one of the tallest chiming clock in the world. It's near The Parliament, London, Britain.I don't know anything about the Vatican. The coliseum is unique because it was an old place where people fight with other people and lions. It's in Rome, Italy. The Opera house is unique because, well, they do opera there. they also serve honey on the roof. It's at Sydney, Australia. I don't know much about the Eiffel Tower. It's at Paris, France. The rest, i don't know. search in Wikipedia or Google.
