I'm 17 years old and want to lose weight please help!?

I want to lose weight soooo bad. I am 30 pounds overweight and have been so for 2 years. I started working out for a couple of months but left it due to the insignificant amount of food I was consuming which led me to become very weak. The reason why I haven't been able to adhere to a constant workout schedule is because I simply do not know what to eat! I need a sufficient workout plan that will keep me sustained until I shed at least 20-25 pounds. It is obvious one will not be able to lose weight if they gorge on junk food and then runs a mile. I asked my doctor but apparently my health-plan does not cover a workout/diet regimen. Can someone who is knowledgeable in the dietician area please give me a general diet plan? Thanks!

Foundation problems?

hi :) ok so im gonna use foundation for a special event i already bought the revlon colorstay foundation oily skin in 300. but i wanna know if before you put the foundation on your skin do you need to moisturizer because it can break you out or you just can put the foundation on your clean skin??? thanks ... ohhh and whats a good powder to apply after this foundation its has to be good because i have a lil bit of acne too i dont want to break me! sooo can someone please tell a good powder for oily skin with acne thanks! :)♥♥

What causes all the clouds in Portland, Oregon? Is it clouds being funneled down through the gorge? is because of the relative close proximity to the coast? AND, can this issue be alleviated by means of altering the surrounding landscape of the areas funneling these clouds into portland?

Im going to cozumel in 5 days. Im going from Will rogers airport to Houston gorge bush international airport then to cozumel airport. (Dont know the name) Are the airports good and are the airlines safe? Im going on international airlines and on the way back im going on united airlines.
