Would you recommend the MAC studio fix foundation for acne prone skin?

I'm gonna be going to Vegas in a few weeks and of course am gonna be taking lots of pictures! ahaha i heard that this foundation makes your skin appear almost flawless in pictures?? true?? and i have acne prone skin...will that kinda make my skin worse?? even tho am gonna wear it for only 3 days?? and does it really look cakey?? GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS PLEASE:)
