Would someone who's 1/4 Cuban be considered Hispanic?

Well if someone is only 1/4 anything, then I think it's more accurate to say that they have a particular heritage, background, roots, whatever. As in your family members children would have Cuban heritage. But racially if they are 75% Caucasian well then they're Caucasian. Race and nationality are two different things by the way. Think of all the Cubans who are of African descent.
